Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive - Logistics

Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Retention:
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for freight forwarding services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Logistics Solutions:
• Provide tailored logistics solutions for clients across air, sea freight, and land transportation.
• Stay updated on market trends and freight forwarding innovations to propose optimal services.
• Customer Interaction:
• Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and competitive strategies.
• Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market trends to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Industry Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding Sales in the UAE, covering all modes: air, sea, and land.
• Deep understanding of UAE freight forwarding market dynamics and regulatory environment.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to handle and grow a client portfolio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals efficiently.
• Knowledge Base:
• Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes, freight documentation, and supply chain solutions.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and clearance processes in the UAE.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications in freight forwarding/logistics are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
