MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Market & Category Data Analysis Using Global Data, Euromonitor, purchased market data, bespoke research studies Providing input & recommendations on category focus for business strategy Competitor understanding Local Consumer Insights Using Global Data, Euromonitor, Mintel, bespoke research studies Building relationships with local research agencies to support with relevant local market insights Understanding consumer choices in categories we play in and want to pursue Being the marketing expert in the local market Food & Beverage Trends Pro-actively researching local food & beverage trends Exploring top menus & restaurants and what is trendy McCormick Capabilities Creating a McCormick capabilities deck to share with new and current customers, including focus on the local factory Working with local agencies to created branded McC items Creative Toolbox Lead Food Safaris in local market Create It sessions / workshops with key customers Facilitation of internal workshops Customer Engagements Support F2F customer engagements Pro-active customer engagements, building connections with BRF, Americana etc. Provide support to R&D for innovation sessions Interface with key customers like Pepsico, yum, Americana & BRF, especially with their marketing team to support on their Innovation agenda. Actively support the co-ordination & preparation of Innovation days (supporting presentation work, organizing tasting sessions and preparing necessary materials) and preparations of internal & external events. Be an active part of the Marketing & Business Development team, adding value to the flavour solution business growth in Middle East region. To provide back up support to Commercial Controller in managing Pepsico business in the region - in terms of providing key support on NPD project management, Managing Sales forecast and co-ordinating with Pepsico Customer service team in managing Pepsico\xe2\x80\x99s day to day business. Recommend, develop, and implement programs and procedures governing the way customer service and sales operations activities will be conducted. Provide ongoing process improvement and project support. Help to prepare periodic sales reports for Dubai Sales team / McC Management team. Develop and implement solutions effective for improving sales efficiency and performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Insights/market research/research agency with frequent contacts with marketing/Innovation and NPD including proven experience in all research disciplines: qualitative, quantitative, and continuous data interpretation.
