Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Representative supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing projects, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of marketing principles to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Campaign Management : Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and events.
• Content Creation : Develop marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, graphics, and presentations.
• Social Media Management : Schedule and post content, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics across social media platforms.
• Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination : Help plan and execute events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for internal review.
• Collaboration : Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Administrative Support : Manage marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor relationships as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Ideal Candidate: Familiar with European and CIS business practices due to the nature of the clients.
• Experience : 4-5 years of experience in a marketing or similar role.
• Skills : Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot). Strong communication and writing skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
