Job Title: Marketing Real Estate

Location: Dubai - UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties, attract potential buyers, and support sales goals.

Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.

Coordinate and promote open houses, property tours, and other events to attract potential buyers and build relationships with clients.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide support with promotional activities.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.

Qualifications and Skills required:

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a marketing real estate in real estate field or related roles.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.

Basic computer skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Good communication skills.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Punctual and reliable, handle confidential information with discretion.

Currently located in Dubai, UAE.
