We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Projects Manager/Executive Assistant. This hybrid role will assist the Head of Marketing in executing day-to-day responsibilities, managing key marketing initiatives, and ensuring the smooth flow of communications within the team and with external stakeholders.

Executive Assistance to Head of Marketing:
Manage the Head of Marketing's calendar, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and coordinating events.
Act as a point of contact between the Head of Marketing and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and conferences.
Marketing Project Management:
Oversee the implementation of marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, \xd1\x81ommunity, social media, etc.) to coordinate deliverables for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
Track the progress of projects, manage timelines, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for marketing activities.
Communications & Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing collaborations, media, and event planning.
Prepare regular status reports for ongoing projects and activities.
Organize and facilitate cross-team communications to keep marketing operations aligned with the company's broader objectives.
Data & Analytics:
Assist in compiling and analyzing marketing data to assess the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or as an executive assistant.
Strong English skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, email marketing, etc.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
