Sensia Ventures Group is seeking a Marketing Project Manager with expertise in offline print marketing and design project management. This role will oversee print materials, branding assets, brochures, catalogs, envelopes, and other marketing materials, ensuring high-quality execution and seamless coordination between management, the design team, print suppliers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project & Team Management
Lead and oversee graphic designers to ensure high-quality execution of print marketing materials.
Act as the main point of contact between management, design teams, print suppliers, and clients.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines.
Maintain structured project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to prevent delays.
Optimize workflows and ensure clear communication between departments.
2. Offline Print & Design Oversight
Supervise the creation of brochures, catalogs, envelopes, product labels, and marketing materials.
Ensure all branding guidelines and compliance standards are strictly followed.
Work closely with printers to validate dimensions, material quality, and print specifications.
Conduct thorough pre-print proofing, ensuring error-free execution.
Implement quality control processes, including design reviews and print approvals.
3. Client Communication & Document Management
Manage multiple client email accounts, maintaining distinct identities in communication.
Ensure efficient email tracking, follow-ups, and structured communication for each client.
Maintain proper documentation of project communications, approvals, and revisions to ensure accountability and compliance.
Ensure all marketing documentation aligns with client-specific compliance requirements and guidelines.
4. Marketing & Branding Coordination
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with project objectives.
Ensure that print materials align with marketing for a cohesive brand presence.
5. Quality Control & Proofing
Implement strict proofreading protocols for print materials before final approval.
Review spelling, grammar, formatting, and compliance with USA regulations and client requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation of approvals and compliance checks to ensure all materials meet legal and branding standards.
Use detailed checklists to verify branding, legal, and regulatory accuracy before production.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing project management, branding, or print production management.
Proven expertise in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and print production processes.
Strong team leadership and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Experience in quality control, pre-print proofing, and error-free execution.
Ability to manage multi-client communications via different email accounts.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
Knowledge of technical documentation and compliance regulations for print materials.
Excellent communication skills to liaise between designers, management, clients, and vendors.
A solution-driven mindset with an eye for detail, branding, and creative optimization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
