As Avertra Corps Product Manager, youll be a key player in our MiCustomer Product & Delivery department. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and align with Avertra's commitment to excellence.Main Job Responsibilities:Project Management:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources appropriately.
Client Communication:
Act as a primary point of contact between Avertra and clients, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Ensure that team members have the necessary tools, training, and support to carry out their responsibilities.
