How you will make an impact: Responsible for the execution of marketing. Initiates the development of marketing materials, plans promotional campaigns and provides support to the field sales force by monitoring trends and market intelligence. Maintains contacts with Supply Chain and Global marketing.
Develop marketing messages based on regional strategies
Continuously enhance knowledge of current literature and regulatory/legal requirements
Collaborate execution & development of strategic plan of product portfolio
Supports introduction of new products in the market
Work with product managers in the development and execution of the production of marketing and product training materials
Support sales force training (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)
Support logistics and organization of relevant internal and external meetings
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need (Required): Bachelors / Masters Degree
3+ years of industry experience is required
Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry
Solid knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics
Solid knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
Proactively gain procedural and product knowledge through all available sources

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
