Job Description

MISSION:

u Assist the Manager to coordinate key Marketing projects for the company.

u Lead Product Development projects (finding suppliers and developing new products)

Functions:

The responsibility of the Product Development Coordinator is to assist the Manager in the below key projects:

Project Management:

- Provide professional presentation

- Support on Consultancy project

- Research on project's needs.

- Offer a strong knowledge in finance (PNL...)

Support on the Product Development and marketing plan:

• Do research and prepare briefs for new products to be launched
• Find new suppliers, communicate the brief and negotiate prices.
• Make sure the marketing plan is on the right track time wise
• Inform the production team about shipping the products and making sure products are launched on time.

Packaging Design:

• Coordinate with suppliers and approve documents for printing.

Consultancy support:

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for projects in Consultancy

Support the Marketing team:

• Help to the team in different administrative tasks due to the entrepreneurial spirit of the company.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge working on PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2 - 3 years' experience in marketing/brand management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understand the product and marketing needs
• A flexible multi-tasker who is willing to be a team player
• Charismatic, and energetic with a personal presence and appropriate style.
• Passionate about Luxury and Craftsmanship. Have a sense for art, beauty and luxury
• Show drive (dynamic personality)
• Good with numbers
• Have eye for details
• Very well organised
• Experience with Project Management or Product Development is required

Reports to the Marketing Manager based in Dubai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
