We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing, Performance & Planning to lead performance planning, reporting, governance, and change management within our clients Marketing Group. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role is critical for driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and cultural transformation across all marketing functions.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure disciplined tracking, approvals, and prioritization of marketing initiatives. - Maintain effective communication between the Marketing Group and other organizational functions. - Lead the preparation of consolidated reports for executive committees, board meetings, and strategic updates. - Enhance visibility of marketing contributions across the organization. - Develop governance structures to monitor annual plans, measurement, and analytics. - Track key milestones and performance metrics across the Marketing Group. - Drive cultural transformation initiatives to foster collaboration, performance, and innovation. - Lead engagement plans and address learning gaps in collaboration with HR teams. - Establish and implement policies, standard operating procedures, and processes to support the organization's new operating model. - Act as the focal point for townhalls, strategic cascades, and team engagement events. - Promote a shared vision and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's degree preferred). - Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a Management Consultancy, with a strong focus on performance measurement, change management, and governance - Expertise in marketing strategy, retail, financial planning, and performance measurement. - Proven experience in policy development, change management, and process optimization. - Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural transformation.Benefits: ..Consultant Name: Talisa NaidooConsultant Email:
