Job Scope: + Identifying & leading the implementation of promotional plans (both IFG & locally produced SKU's) + Responsible for leading and implementing full end to end process from idea phase to execution + Build a sustainable business model by category to ensure a healthy balance between regular and promotional plans (promo depth/intensity) for the categories and ensure frequent review with the relevant stakeholder to take the corrective actions when needed from top to bottom line. Roles & Responsibilities + Initiates and manages programs or projects on a timely basis that complement approved strategies. Planning and execution of full promo plan (BC/artwork/Co-packing etc) + Work with brand managers to transfer category visions and plans into consumer marketing plans. + Work closely with cross category marketing teams to formulate annual promo brand plan/ Activity Plan for assigned categories in line with the assigned targets. + Prepare adequate business data analysis to facilitate team understanding of brand performance. + Identify relevant market and consumer insights and turns those insights into opportunities to satisfy customer needs. + Manage marketing budget, ensuring optimum spending and returns. + Work closely together with cross functional team Key Competencies & Skills: + Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and Communications or related disciplines + At least 2 years of brand marketing experience preferably in FMCG industry, candidates of marketing/communication related background are also welcome + Skills in building local understanding, monitoring & implementing solutions + Possess agile mentality, combination of creative and analytic skill + Able to work under pressure and independently En tant qu'employeur responsable et inclusif, Unilever est attentif à la diversité et à la mixité de ses équipes.
