Job Description

Overseeing the internal and external marketing campaigns to maximize profits through the development of sales strategies that match consumer requirements as well as promote services, products and ideas

Responsibilities include the following: - Contribute to the execution of marketing and annual sales plan. - Attend and participate in marketing operations or events to increase brand awareness. - Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various media (social, print, etc.). - Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success and amend marketing measures when necessary. - Help develop customer research databases. - Recognize, study, and assess market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Marketing Officer or a related role (minimum 2 years)

Social media background is a must - Facebook and Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager

Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles as well as market research and statistical data analysis methods

In-depth knowledge of social media and web analytics, including search console and google analytics

Experience in creating and optimizing different types of campaigns (e.g. brand awareness and leads)

Ability to audit a campaign and provide recommendations to improve performance

Knowledgeable in CPC, CTR and CPM

Exemplary organizational and multitasking skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Creativity and commercial awareness - UAE

A team player with a customer-oriented approach.

BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency with more than one language, English and Tagalog

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500\.00 per month
