The brand specialize within competitive socializing, and they will be opening 2 venues in Q3 of this year : with plans to expand their growth across the region at a rapid pace. Key Responsibilities: * B2C and B2B marketing goals, strategies and tactics that deliver against the global business objectives for consumer sales. * Own CRM contribution to B2C and B2B marketing goals, strategies and tactics that deliver against business objectives. Specific Responsibilities: * Be the local brand champion, ensuring all projects and activity are aligned with the global brand strategy. * Adapt global marketing plans to fit the Dubai market and develop local campaigns (including thematic, tactical and promotional), and align branch GMs on plans. * Create, evolve and execute local content plan. * Managing paid digital and social campaigns : through centralised global agency. * Lead social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) management ensuring compliance to brands identity and alignment with campaign calendar. * Manage PR agency effectively ensuring compliance and alignment with brand and marketing calendar. * Lead the end:to:end CRM process for emailers i.e. segmentation, list optimisation, creating and analysing results for both brands. * Work with branch GMs to execute campaigns on the ground including POS, in venue promotions and staff training. * Own the local brand collaboration agenda, partnering with local brands to increase both brands reach and ultimately drive footfall to branches.
