Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our real estate development company. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, with a strong emphasis on brand building, digital marketing, and market penetration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and current trends.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM system
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in luxury real estate marketing.
• Expertise in managing large marketing campaigns and budgets. Familiarity with event planning for project launches and investor meetings.

Salary: Based on experience

Location: Barsha Tameem House

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
