Participate and lead pursuit strategy and planning
Work with principals, senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities, with a critical emphasis on graphic design capabilities
Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
Learn and understand Gensler\'s portfolio of work, practice areas, and capabilities
Maintain marketing collateral, resources, and information systems
Work closely with other marketing team members to complete special projects and elevate the quality of our efforts
Support Gensler sustainability goals. Especially on topics relevant to your day-to-day duties.
Engage and collaborate with the larger team on sustainability efforts and initiatives.
Research and implement ways to optimize our internal workflow environmental impact.
Person requirements:
10+ years of professional experience in a marketing position preferably for an architecture, design, publicity or industry-related firm
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Journalism, or Business
Mastery of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required and familiarity with Salesforce and Miro is a plus
