- Establishing the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing department by making Marketing Strategies applicable to reflect the general marketing & branding plan for the company as a standard foundation of marketing & branding plans for each show.
- Implementing a general marketing & branding budget plan to reflect into the tailored fit design for each project show.
- Researching audiences, target population(s) and markets in order to identify market expansion potentials.
- Leading & managing event coordinators, copywriters, graphic designers, and web developers towards achievement of goal to meet customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating press releases and other PR items and other communications before approving any media collaterals
