The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading traditional marketing initiatives such as radio, TV, print ads, and event sponsorships to increase brand awareness and attract new SME clients. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals. The Marketing Manager will also analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. This role will play a key part in positioning the company as a leading provider of accounting and audit services for SMEs.
Required Experience: 5-7 years in traditional marketing with experience in financial services marketing preferred.
Required Education & Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Skills Required: Marketing strategy, campaign management, media planning, creative thinking, and project management.
Any Additional Requirement: Experience in working with non-digital media channels and proven success in managing large-scale marketing campaigns.
