Job Summary :

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute the marketing strategy for Dhofar Global, ensuring the brand resonates with target audiences, drives business growth, and achieves measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a hands-on approach to managing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning & Execution :
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Dhofar Global's business objectives and growth targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI.
• Brand Management :
• Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Oversee the development of branding guidelines, ensuring the company's identity is accurately represented.
• Campaign Management :
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social, events, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, making adjustments to improve results.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration :
• Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team of marketing professionals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, design, etc.) to align marketing strategies with business needs.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media :
• Oversee the management of digital channels, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Drive digital innovation and ensure the company remains at the forefront of emerging digital marketing trends.
• Customer Insights & Analytics :
• Leverage customer data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies.
• Create regular performance reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
• Event & Partnership Management :
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, and other corporate functions to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external agencies, influencers, and media outlets.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience :
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Social Media Management tools, etc.).
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Personal Traits :
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on KPIs and business impact.
• Adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Female Arabic speaker( preferable ).
