WE ARE HIRING! FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER POSITION!

Qualifications

~Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred.

~3 years' experience in related field preferred

~Familiarity with logistics, needs and requirements for shipping.

~Experience supporting new product launches through commercialization and sales team enablement

~Demonstrates strong financial and logical decision making in the general business environment.

~Understands, and can demonstrate, sound thought processes as it relates to pricing deal structure and assessing financial implications.

~Demonstrates basic knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts necessary for building a business & marketing plan, this includes identifying the appropriate channels to market.

~Good English & Arabic verbal & written communication skills.

•Responsibilities •

Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.

Client Management : Work closely with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives.

Content Creation : Collaborate with the content production team to create compelling content, including videos, blogs, social media posts, and other marketing materials.

Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets and ensure all campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Brand Management : Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
