Job Description

We Looking for a Marketing Professional with just the right skills and experience to join our team.

The role will include running our Marketing Department, Social Media, Web Developing, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Story creation, content creation and Strategies. Our company website is constantly evolving to support the needs of our clients. The tasks will include: display, social advertising, pre-roll, marketing automation, branding, content and concept writing, SEO and website management etc.

-Day to day hands on management of company's stories & products on Marketing platforms. Product presentation marketing strategy, pricing, and adjusting all these as often as needed
-Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to maintain a fluctuating workload and varied job tasks in a fast-paced environment.

-Develop, monitor, write, edit, proofread and update product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals and Ad's on social media.

- Directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media.

- To work independently and promote at all times the brand image and market.

- Marketing manager, along with training departmental heads, is to plan for training new employees and continuing training in the form of refresher courses for the existing employees

- To generate and implement new initiatives to increase online sales and profitability

-Willingness to work support the 24x7 nature of Marketing.

- Flexible & adaptable to constantly changing methods and objectives.

-Handling a team of 8 members.

Requirements:

BA/BS Marketing degree or equivalent working experience. A Master's degree is a plus, though not required.

Expert-level Real Estate industry knowledge and competitive analysis skills.

Proven work Experience as a Sr. Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager in Real Estate Business

. In-depth understanding and working knowledge of key marketing systems and platforms.

. Available in UAE to join on immediate basis.

. Must have Real Estate Experience and handled a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED13,000.00 per month
