You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for achieving the METAR marketing revenue goals by collaborating closely with the Commercial Director and team to execute the marketing strategy in the region. This role involves leading region-level marketing initiatives that meet customer needs while aligning with our business targets.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing programs, including campaigns, virtual events, trade shows, and symposiums, to promote the Leica Biosystems product portfolio.
• Adapt global and regional campaigns for execution within the METAR region, driving demand generation and customer engagement.
• Identify and participate in external events, such as customer symposiums and user group meetings, to enhance customer interaction and visibility.
• Gather and communicate market and customer insights, analyze market segmentation and share, and adjust strategies to increase marketing effectiveness.
