As the Marketing Manager for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa region, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies to accelerate growth and strengthen market presence. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a dynamic team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute impactful marketing campaigns, drive product launches, and enhance brand visibility in the rapidly evolving sector.What You\'ll be Doing
Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring market relevance and consumer engagement.
Oversee the management and development of brand portfolios, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across diverse markets.
Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, collaborating with global teams, sales, and other stakeholders to achieve successful market penetration.
Drive consumer-centric marketing initiatives, leveraging digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
Inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Effectively manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment.
Collaborate with sales, regulatory affairs, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing plans.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the consumer healthcare industry (10+ years).
Strong understanding of the Middle East, Turkey & Africa markets.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team leadership skills.
Demonstrated success in launching and managing healthcare products.
Digital marketing expertise and proficiency in market analysis tools.
