We are looking for structured and dynamic MARKETING MANAGER MENEAT TR based in JTI Morocco office and reporting to MARKETING LEAD MANAGER MENEAT TR.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Marketing Manager you will be leading the development of brand strategies and communication objectives based on the Global Travel Retail (GTR) direction. Showing strong project management skills, you will be supervising brand activation plans for new launches, brand rejuvenation and Limited-Edition Packaging (LEP) in line with GTR Equity guidelines.
In this role you will be working closely with the MENEAT TR Marketing Lead, Regional Sales Director, and relevant Area Sales Managers to coordinate and drive the implementation of all marketing plans to achieve GTR showcasing objectives.
The successful candidate will supervise and support merchandising solutions to ensure proper implementation with executional excellence but also reassure that the JTI portfolio in each market is in line with domestic strategies and GTR trends.
You will manage the regional TR marketing budget and ensure delivery of plans in a timely and consistent manner but also provide quarterly business updates, as necessary.
The successful candidate should combine creativity and drive with rigorous planning and discipline.
EDUCATION
University degree or relevant Marketing Degree would be advantageous. WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of experience in a multinational or FMCG company. Any previous tobacco experience or travel retail is a plus. SKILLS
Fluent in French & English, Arabic is a plus. Strong Project Management skills. Ability to work in a changing environment Flexibility, adaptability, creativity. Excellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
