We are seeking a talented individual to support our partners\' commercial and marketing teams.Shape the LEO Pharma of tomorrowWith your wide knowledge of market experiences, and efficient marketing campaigns, you will play a pivotal role in our Global Product Strategy & International Operations team!In Global Product Strategy & International Operations we share a challenge accepted mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration, and accountability, to achieve our goals.Your roleIn this role, you will support of Partners commercial and marketing teams with wide knowledge of LEO brands including markets "experiences", brand knowledge, efficient marketing campaigns, basic medical information in order to leverage on existing legacy to manage the bottom line and boost the commercial KPIs achievement.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with commercial partners and their marketing teams in each market that is part of the Alliance.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on Group objectives, market characteristics and cost and profitability factors.
Provide solid support to partners with marketing campaigns.
Help to introduce MCM to partners.
Ensure support of commercial with basic medical information.
Initiating and regularly reviewing market sales and volumes, market share targets, competitor behavior and tactics and setting and reviewing appropriate commercial targets and performance of each commercial partner.
Analyze, review and report on commercial monthly, quarterly and annual performance.
Be the touchpoint for global marketing teams on key products and champion marketing and promotion campaigns with commercial partners.
Leverage on existing marketing experience of LEO to support partners efficiency.
Your qualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the Pharma industry.
Relevant Marketing / Commercial experience and proven track record in coordinating initiatives across the product life cycle.
Dermatology and immunology market acumen.
Experience from a multinational environment, especially in GCC.
Extensive knowledge of the Pharma industry.
Experience with MCM in the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to coordinate the knowledge sharing.
Project management experience.
Strong skills in preparing and presenting business case material.
Cross functional projects and change management experience.
Fluent English.
French and Arabic as a plus.
