This role demands a proactive leader capable of managing a team and making independent, strategic decisions with minimal oversight.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Marketing Leadership: Spearhead marketing and product management for all product areas or segments within the region to meet and exceed sales targets.Business Support: Align marketing efforts with the needs of the sales organization and distribution partners.Budget Management: Develop and oversee the regional marketing budget and forecast.Marketing Plan Implementation: Design and execute marketing plans and product launches, incorporating digital marketing and innovative strategies.Sales Support and Training: Equip sales teams and distribution partners with marketing campaign insights and training for successful product launches.Messaging and Communication: Craft and convey key messages, value propositions, marketing programs, and sales tools.Market Insight: Monitor and report on market knowledge, including government policies, competitive activities, and customer needs.Healthcare Funding: Analyze healthcare funding mechanisms and trends to inform regional commercial strategies.Reporting: Deliver monthly performance reports and quarterly updates on marketing plans.Coordination and Best Practices: Collaborate with regional sales teams and the MEA Regional Marketing team, sharing best practices and regional action plans.ROI Management: Drive Return on Investment by employing a test-and-learn approach and identifying key performance indicators.Local KOL Management: Manage the local Key Opinion Leaders network to enhance brand visibility and leverage product champions across the region.TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES:Complete all assigned and required training on time and to satisfaction.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education and Experience: Bachelors degree with 7+ years of experience or Masters degree with 5+ years of experience.Industry Experience: Regional product management and sales experience in Diagnostics or Device industries preferred.
