About the Role:

We are looking to recruit for a Marketing Manager to support our MEASA team.

The Marketing Manager will oversee and support MFZ in executing marketing strategies and initiatives to reach their desired KPIS. The role requires a deep understanding of the regional markets and influencing MFZ to ensure they are aligned with EMEA Brand Strategies and Guidelines.

The position also entails managing Arab Co-Op Budget and partnering with the agency to deliver on regional campaigns to support MFZ markets which are effectively and efficiently utilized. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, this role demands an individual who is highly organized, and detail oriented at the core, but skillful at articulating and understanding the bigger picture and can translate that into actionable recommendations. They will bring expertise in regional marketing strategies and Subway Know- How that will enable master franchisee to execute high impact campaigns that drive growth and profitability at market level. Ensuring that MFZ are well equipped about what's happening in the subway world and are aligned with EMEA strategies and Brand Direction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve as the Key Marketing Advisor and partner for MFZ - Providing guidance, tools, and resources to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across the region. Lead on smaller markets and support on Bigger Markets - Guiding and Influencing MFZ to reach their AOP goals in line with the brand guideline and strategy. A key role in running platforms and forums bringing all MFZ in one place to provide the necessary guidance - best practice forums/ MFZ summit etc. Analyzing market trends and consumer insights while identifying opportunities translated into actionable results Managing the CO-OP budget, working closely with the advertising and media agency in delivering key campaigns as per the alignment with MFZ - Mainly Producing assets and supporting on Media. Tracking and ensuring budget is spent effectively with clear KPIS and expectations Handling contracts and invoices in a timely and organized manner while reporting back to EMEA control team to ensure it has been reflected correctly

Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related field Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably within QSR industry Highly proficient in PowerPoint / Excel Must have legal authority to work in the UAE English is a must; Arabic is a plus Self Starter and must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask, work under tight deadline The ability o thing out of the box and solution finding Able to influence others Strong Project Management skills Creative Flare Team Player
