We are seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive our group brands awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. The person will also handle tie-ups with other retailers and corporate marketing for tie-ups with the school and Applebees. Responsibilities -not limited to-: Strategy Development: o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. o Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends. o Create and execute marketing plans, including budgeting, timelines. Brand Management: o Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging. o Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels. o Collaborate with design team to create compelling brand assets. Digital Marketing: o Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. o Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. o Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Traditional Marketing: o Develop and execute traditional marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, public relations, and event marketing. o Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of campaigns. Budget Management: o Develop and manage the marketing budget. o Monitor expenses and optimize spending to maximize ROI. Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. o 5+ years of experience in marketing management. o Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns. o Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. o Strong leadership and communication skills. o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
