About the Role:
Downtown Realty Real Estate LLC, a leading real estate agency in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and highly creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This Dubai-based role is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and digital presence for our Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies targeting the Dubai real estate market.
• Lead branding initiatives to strengthen Downtown Realty's identity across virtual and traditional platforms.
• Drive lead generation through data-driven campaigns on Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Analyze market trends to inform innovative content strategies and advertising approaches.
• Manage a creative team to produce high-quality content that engages audiences and elevates our online presence.
• Track marketing performance metrics, deliver detailed analysis, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media to enhance our market reach.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a senior marketing role.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
• Strong analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to perform market analysis and ROI evaluation.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative flair with the ability to craft compelling campaigns and engaging content.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Additional Details:

• Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship will be provided for the successful candidate.
• Candidates must currently be based in London .
