The Role Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve the company\'s goals; - Conduct marketing research for the target markets of the region, consumer preferences and competiton analysis; - Cooperate with the sales team to coordinate marketing plans with the goals and objectives of sales, revenue, loyalty base growth; - Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment; - Monitor the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns on various channels, including digital, print, social media and events; - Track and analyze marketing performance indicators to measure campaign performance and decision-making; - Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and new technologies to identify new marketing opportunities; - Build and maintain strong relationships with the media, advertising agencies and other stakeholders; - Represent the interests of the company on marketing projects, initiatives, advertising campaigns; - To form and approve the plan of marketing promotional activities of the trade marketing calendar; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and customer service, logistics, retail chain direction, development to ensure consistency of the brand message, achieve company goals and generate positive customer experience; - Lead, form and develop a marketing team to achieve the company\'s goals and perform marketing functions in the Middle East region; - Develop and maintain a strong brand image in the region through consistent communication and visual identity; - Evaluate and recommend new marketing tools, products, solutions to iimprove the effectiveness of marketing investments; - Create a marketing budget and coordinate investments to achieve goals.Requirements
Higher education (preferably in marketing); - At least three years of experience in a Marketing Manager position; - Hands-on experience with web analytics tools; - Ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects; - Strong work skills with a wide range of online and offline marketing channels; - Experience working in the Middle East; - Fluent English.
