Job Overview
As a 360 Marketing Manager at Trace Hospitality, you will oversee comprehensive marketing strategies across all platforms. Your role will involve planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our brand message, and engaging with our community. You will also play an active role in daily operations, capturing content for marketing use and ensuring our brand's presence in the Food & Beverage sector.
What you'll Do
• Community Advocacy: Be a passionate advocate for the Trace Hospitality brands, fostering a strong community connection.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including social media, content, and influencer tactics.
• Content Management: Manage content calendars, write compelling social media copy, and ensure timely content posting.
• Content Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing content and leverage growth opportunities.
• Social Listening: Utilize social listening tools to gain deep insights into customer behavior and preferences.
• Content Creation: Generate impactful and engaging content tailored to various demographic groups.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain a cohesive and consistent brand voice.
• Consumer Insights: Conduct research to uncover valuable consumer insights that can inform marketing strategies.
• Audience Engagement: Understand and differentiate audience behavior across various social platforms to enhance engagement.
What were looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on social media, content creation, and community management. Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Experience with social and community quality assurance programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to take ownership of projects.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
Location: Abu Dhabi (Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work)
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on social media and content creation.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverages sector.
Language:
Proficiency in English & Arabic (Required)
