Marketing Manager - Facility Management

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities by reaching out to companies and facilities to secure facility management contracts. The role requires a proactive individual with strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the facility management sector. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote facility management services. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and corporate businesses. Arrange and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Prepare proposals, contracts, and marketing materials to attract clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth. Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in facility management or a related industry. Proven track record of securing contracts and meeting sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Knowledge of facility management services and industry standards. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
