With more than 25 different service offerings available on our Everything App, we have a lot of new products to bring to cities all around our region.We\'re looking for a Marketing Manager who is passionate about launching new products and helping them to find a product market fit. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, data orientation, creative marketing and a strong bias for action. Collaborate with colleagues within the expansion team and vertical teams to develop marketing strategies tailored to the local market
Employ a data-driven approach to understand market trends, user preferences, and campaign performance. Use these insights to refine marketing strategies and work with functional teams on optimizing user experience
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that encompasses digital campaigns, partner collaboration, and in app experiences. Ensure these campaigns are executed on time, within agreed budgets and build a view on performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Develop a city level brand positioning strategy that is targeted around the stage of the market and the various target segments
Work closely with product, commercial and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with user needs and company objectives.
Be the voice of the city within Careem, ensuring the customer experience is maintained and the local needs of customers are captured
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with specific expertise in product marketing, digital platforms, partnership management, and brand development.
Proven track record in developing and managing marketing campaigns, and understanding of product positioning within an app-based environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies, including customer segmentation, targeting, and conversion rate optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates , consumer behavior, and experience in adapting marketing strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a knack for problem-solving and creative thinking.
