As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in promoting our language courses and expanding our reach.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote language courses, other soft skills training and teacher training courses to increase enrollment.Implement digital marketing initiatives with a main focus on lead generation , including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and content marketing, targeting diverse language learner segments.Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, such as events, workshops, and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility.Analyze marketing data and key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.Build and maintain relationships with local communities, organizations, and educational institutions to expand our network.Research target market, current market conditions, competitor analysis and industry trends, also research marketing requirements for new and existing productsCollaborate and support the Learning and Development team in developing new products and courses in line with the new business demand.Track conversion rates and make improvements (including usability & design) to the website, provide accurate and timely preparation of statistics and feedbackRequirementsQualifications:\xc2\xa7 Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field\xc2\xa7 Digital Marketing and lead generation expertise\xc2\xa7 Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs\xc2\xa7 Experience in E commerce, Email marketing, and social media\xc2\xa7 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels\xc2\xa7 Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as google analytic, AdWords, social media management tools, CRM software and email marketing software\xc2\xa7 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking\xc2\xa7 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing\xc2\xa7 IT skills: Graphic designing tools / Adobe creatives suite for creating and overseeing the creation of marketing collateral\xc2\xa7 Working knowledge in E-commerce platforms for online product, promotions and sales\xc2\xa7 Project management skills, Budget planning and monitoring skills\xc2\xa7 Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR, Marketing and Digital Marketing roleThis job has been sourced from an external job board.
