Job Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesPackage: 15,000 - 18,000 AED per month, plus benefits*** Please note that we can only consider those who are already based inside of the UAE ***I\'m currently supporting an amazing hospitality group, in Dubai, with their search for a Marketing Manager.The group have recently launched an amazing entertainment & lifestyle venue, in the heart of Dubai, which is a fully licenced eat-ter-tainment concept.The role would be reporting directly into the Group General Manager and at the moment the group do outsource a high volume of their marketing campaigns & projects to external social & digital agencies.Ideally we\'re looking for those who have an extensive background in growing & establishing both a digital & social presence for independent/standalone F&B/nightlife concepts within the GCC.Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
