Aim of job: In line with the Platform Lead, develop and implement effective EndoMech marketing strategies and plans that drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition across the MEA region. Responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, strategies and collaborating with various cross functional stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the development of EndoMech platform, strategies and drive planning and execution of these strategies Transposes regional strategies and insights to ensure consistent implementation across MEA yet tailored to the different geographies of the diverse MEA sub-cluster for Ethicon EndoMech. Ensures strong alignment of Middle East & Africa strategic priorities to Regional Franchise imperatives as well as responsible for driving execution of these priorities across the MEA region. Aligns marketing needs of MEA to the strategic vision of the EMEA Franchise and ensures MEA needs are represented at EMEA business unit/platform level. Identify customer needs, develop disease state and procedure insights in the field and understand health care market trends and competitor strategies Develops strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, medical associations, public authorities. Applies market research tools to deepen customer understanding, leverage multiple sources of competitive intelligence (global, regional and local) and create market development strategies, models and sales forecasts. Drive platform to sustain long term portfolio sales growth Follows regional Strategy & Pipeline to ensure that MEA market needs are considered. Executes the implementation of world-class new product launches, ensuring strategic alignment and a rigorous application of NPL/Lex processes and metrics to achieve sales and share growth targets. Co-develops launch strategies that include market research, regulatory, reimbursement, Supply Chain, pricing, ProfEd/sales training, and communication plans as well as KOL feedback and advocacy. Identifies and address customer segments and targets, e.g., Portfolio segmentation strategy development and execution. Builds differentiated and well positioned brands, e.g., re-positioning of portfolio. Drives the platform growth through use of evidence-based tools tailored to specific specialty needs. Drives portfolio rationalization and prioritization. Establish pricing strategies to maximize brand profitability and market share. Manage the portfolio financial performance to achieve business plan goals Coordinates critical processes across MEA, related to business planning, marketing planning, portfolio management, life cycle management, market research, business performance tracking including P&L monitoring of the platform, product launch execution, and multichannel marketing. Evaluates new business opportunities. Analyses and improve profitability performance. Partners with and proactively influence Geography Leaders and Sales Organizations for effective deployment to execute the marketing plan. Leverages CRM tools and establishes tracking scorecards to monitor and adjust plans in line with results. Follows platform governance and communicates clear value propositions that influence internal and external stakeholder behaviour Follow platform governance and proactively communicate with and deliver value to diverse stakeholders. Develop and "sell" a clear, concise, and compelling story. Coordinate integrated communication plans with agencies. Successfully apply digital strategies and other innovative approaches. A successful candidate will need to have/be: A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of business experience in MedTech, healthcare and/or relevant industry. Ethicon sales or marketing experience is strongly preferred. Proven track record of exceptional results or team & cross functional leadership. In-line MedTech marketing experience with portfolio responsibility is preferred. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required, as are the abilities to master complexity and to integrate insights into strategies. Demonstrated global mindset is required. A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geography, with high-level managers and executives is required. An ability to manage multiple demands and priorities on time and driving decision making is required. Strong executive verbal and written communication skills are required, along with demonstrated presentation skills.
