With a commitment to innovation, professionalism, and excellence, we manage over 680+ properties and employ a dedicated team of over 240+ professionals.About the Role: As a Landlord Support Executive at Deluxe Holiday Homes you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with property owners, ensuring their needs are met, and coordinating communication between owners and our team.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and improve customer retention.Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the companys overall business goals and objectives.Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify new trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials, including online and offline communications.Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media.Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on campaign performance, sales metrics, and ROI.
