Role Overview

Drive footfall, increase revenue, and boost our local market presence. Oversee onsite and digital campaigns, manage media buying, and optimize ad spend.
Ideal candidates excel in both traditional and digital marketing with a focus on customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute localized marketing strategies and onsite campaigns. Manage media buys (radio, billboards, print) and online ad spend (Google, Meta). Organize events, workshops, and promotions to drive traffic and community engagement.

Digital & Influencer Marketing

:

Manage local digital campaigns and influencer collaborations. Ensure localized, brand-aligned content across platforms.

Budget & Analytics:

Optimize marketing budgets and track key metrics (footfall, sales, ROI). Provide monthly performance reports. Collaboration & Compliance Work with PR, F&B, and operations for cross-promotions. Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance. Strong media buying, agency management, and data analysis skills. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

Deliverables:

Increased footfall and revenue through strategic campaigns. Optimized ad spend with measurable ROI. Strong local brand presence and community ties.

Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).5+ years in marketing (entertainment, retail, or hospitality preferred).
