services. With a strong presence in the industry, we are looking for a highly motivated

Marketing Manager

to lead and develop our marketing department across all business units.

Role Overview:

As a

Marketing Manager

, you will be responsible for

developing, executing, and managing

marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and ensure a strong digital and offline presence for FirstPoint Design, FirstPoint Renovation/Fitout, and FirstPoint Maintenance. You will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a

comprehensive marketing strategy

for all business divisions. Manage

brand positioning

to ensure consistency across FirstPoint Group. Oversee

digital marketing campaigns, social media, and content strategy

to drive engagement and lead generation. Coordinate

advertising, PR, and promotional activities

for maximum visibility. Manage

website updates, SEO, and digital presence

to ensure strong online visibility. Plan and execute

marketing materials

such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Oversee

marketing budgets

and optimize spending for ROI. Monitor and analyze

marketing performance metrics

to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience

as a Marketing Manager, preferably in

interior design, fit-out, construction, or maintenance

industries. Strong understanding of

branding, digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies

. Experience in

B2B and B2C marketing

with lead generation expertise. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to

analyze market trends and competitor strategies

to refine marketing initiatives. Familiarity with

marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools

.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
