: Marketing Manager - Group

Job Summary:



The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing strategy and initiatives across multiple brands and subsidiaries within the group. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive the overall marketing vision and collaborate with senior leadership to align the group's objectives with marketing campaigns. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing marketing resources, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and manage the marketing teams for each company in the group, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive marketing strategy that spans all businesses within the group.

Oversee the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.

Establish clear marketing KPIs and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and tactics.

Work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with the group's overall corporate objectives.

Guide the development of brand positioning, identity, and voice for each business within the group.

Coordinate product launches, promotional events, and marketing activities across the group's entities.

Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (including online and offline channels).

Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing department.

Provide training and development opportunities for the team to stay ahead of marketing trends and tools.

Develop and manage the marketing budget across all companies within the group.

Track and report on marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

Provide regular updates to the executive team regarding the status of marketing initiatives and budget management.

Qualifications:



Education

: Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 8 years in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior management role. Proven experience in overseeing marketing strategies for a group of companies or multiple brands. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing strategies. Experience in managing large marketing budgets and achieving results with resource optimization. Previous experience in automotive, Oil and Gas, tourism and Agri products will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
