We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and enhance our online and offline presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to position Blue Beach Tower Hotel as a top destination. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Create compelling content for social media, websites, and promotional materials. Oversee brand consistency and ensure all marketing materials align with the hotel's identity. Plan and execute events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to boost brand visibility. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to optimize strategies. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to maximize bookings and revenue. Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management. Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
