As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for proposing and implementing marketing strategies that promote revenue growth generation among key targeted segments and lead brand positioning and image. Responsibilities may include leveraging and executing social media and website strategies with appropriate brand marketing to achieve brand position and revenue growth goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proposes and implements specific marketing strategies, including website and social media.
Monitors marketing trends, tools and applications specific to the travel industry and target market(s).
Measures and reports impact of marketing strategies
Work with General Manager and Managing Director to ensure revenue potential is maximized on key marketing strategies.
Generates and delivers monthly marketing analyses and updates to General Manager and Managing Director.
Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing.
Good knowledge of Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and Mailchimp)
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
Clients' engagement on Platforms.
Represent the company at relevant commercial events, workshop and trade shows.
Responsible self-starter, capable of handling ambiguity and can work under pressure.
Proficient in English and Arabic is a plus.
Performed other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Travel Tourism Management, Business Administration in Marketing, Advertising, PR and Branding.
Two years' Marketing Manager experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with standard Microsoft Office tools
Strong analytical skills
Experience in Travel Industry is preferrable.
Strong experience in hospitality forecasting and pricing.
Must speak and write English, and Arabic language is plus.
Ability to communicate professionally in verbal and writing.
Excellent organizational skills
