Marketing Manager

who thrives in a startup environment, can take ownership of marketing initiatives, and drive growth across multiple channels.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth. You should have deep expertise in performance marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and launching businesses from

zero to one

.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Plan and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and market expansions. Own and optimize the full-funnel marketing approach (awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention).

Performance Marketing & Growth

Hands-on management of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant paid media channels. Scale performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Experiment with new paid and organic growth channels to drive efficiency and profitability.

Brand & Content Strategy

Work closely with design and content teams to ensure messaging consistency across platforms. Develop and optimize website content, email marketing campaigns, and social media strategy. Implement brand storytelling to build long-term brand equity.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Define key marketing KPIs and monitor campaign performance in real time. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Insights, etc.) to derive actionable insights. A/B test creative, messaging, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.

Customer & Community Engagement

Build and nurture an engaged online community through organic and paid strategies. Leverage influencer marketing, partnerships, and collaborations to drive awareness and credibility. Implement customer feedback loops to improve product positioning and marketing efforts.

Startup-Ready Execution & Leadership

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment. Lead and mentor junior marketers, freelancers, and external agencies. Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles. Proven track record of launching and scaling

D2C brands or e-commerce businesses

. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms. Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling and marketing analytics. Excellent storytelling and content strategy skills. Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools. Ability to operate with

limited resources

and drive results in a startup environment. Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnerships is a plus.
