Key Accountabilities 1.Develops overall marketing strategy with short- and long-term plan for leasing and selling properties. 1.Develops marketing and sales standards, requirements and policies and ensures its compliance with company business objectives. Develops and implements sales plan in consultation with Chief Property Officer. 2.Prepares annual marketing budgets and submits it to Chief Property Officer for review and approval. 3.Evaluates the impact of the marketing strategy and ensures it's in line with the ongoing market trends. Directs the overall branding and communication for existing and future developments. 4.Directs market research to identify business opportunities for the upcoming projects. 5.Reviews branding, advertising and marketing campaigns prepared by the Branding and Communication Officer. 6.Manages the coordination and participation in promotional activities and exhibition in cooperation with developers, contractors and advertising agencies to market the company's projects. 7.Manages and controls all sales activities, including pre-sales and sales of all development projects to existing and target clients. 8. Manages the analysis of sales and marketing activities on a monthly basis and recommends corrective measures accordingly. 9.Manages the overall customer relationship activities and ensures customer complaints regarding sales and services are properly resolved. 10.Manages and coordinates all sales related activities involving including pre-leasing and leasing sales of real estate projects. 11.Liaises with the company's divisions for the planning on promotional and advertising campaigns based on customer trends. 12.Manages employees in the Sales and Marketing department in performing their delegated tasks and nominate employees for appropriate training. 13.Performs any other relevant task as directed by Chief Property Officer.Min Experience:8 YearsSalary :AED 45000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:February 4, 2025
