Hiring: Real Estate Marketing Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for tenants, brokers, investors, and employees. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to enhance brand visibility and drive growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies : Create and implement targeted marketing plans for various audiences to meet business objectives.
• Campaign Management : Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, websites, apps) to drive engagement and market activity.
• Team & Budget Leadership : Oversee the marketing team and manage resources and budget to achieve measurable results.
• Brand Representation : Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events and build the company's market presence.
• Digital & Media Asset Management : Manage digital assets (website, social media) and media partnerships to maximize impact.
• Social Media & Media Relations : Design effective social media campaigns and maintain strong media relationships to raise brand awareness.
• Collaboration : Work closely with clients and partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with their goals.
• Creative & Traffic Management : Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely production of on-brand marketing materials.
• Reporting & Insights : Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.
• Executive & Internal Support : Assist executives with speaking materials and collaborate on internal communications to align strategies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar field.
• Expertise in digital marketing (social media, email, SEO, PPC).
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work with media and clients to achieve marketing goals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
