We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our real estate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, digital marketing strategies, and lead generation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, driving brand growth, and achieving business objectives through innovative campaigns and client-focused strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote real estate projects and brand presence.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing strategies to engage and convert leads.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and keyword strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, videos, property listings, and social media posts.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and consumer preferences.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5- 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in the real estate development industry.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills and graphic designing skills.
