• Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services and amenities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the hotel's website, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns (PPC, email marketing, SEO, etc.) to enhance online presence.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency in the hotel's brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Use insights to refine marketing efforts and strategies.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various marketing platforms, including blogs, social media, and advertisements.
• Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key partners to generate positive press coverage and public awareness.
• Event Promotion: Coordinate and support the marketing of hotel events, conferences, and special promotions.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting objectives.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Establish partnerships with local businesses, tourism boards, and other relevant organizations to drive additional business opportunities.
• Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Work with the sales team to develop and execute CRM initiatives to increase customer loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
