About Us:
Desert Fox Real Estate is a leading real estate company located in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai. We specialize in luxury and budget properties, including sales, rentals, and property management. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and generate leads for our growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Desert Fox Real Estate's services and properties.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's online presence, including social media accounts, website, and email marketing.
• Coordinate the production of high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.
• Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and other real estate-related events to attract potential clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and convert them into sales or rentals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine marketing strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on ROI, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, and other external partners.
• Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with Desert Fox's brand image and business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management platforms.
• Exceptional creativity and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
