Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies that align with our business goals. This role is pivotal in establishing strong brand recognition, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead diverse marketing initiatives with measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Goals:
• Establish clear, measurable marketing objectives based on historical performance and market forecasts to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies to increase market share and customer retention.
• Customer Retention and Engagement:
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute a variety of customer retention campaigns and initiatives.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of these campaigns, from ideation and proposal preparation to execution and performance analysis.
• Industry Partnerships and Collaboration:
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance collaboration and innovation.
• Marketing Strategy and Communication:
• Develop strategies to drive qualified traffic to the dealership and enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences and fosters customer loyalty.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Produce valuable, engaging, and optimized content for websites, blogs, and other digital platforms to attract target groups.
• Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with brand tone and messaging.
• Budget Management:
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to maximize ROI.
• Creative Oversight:
• Collaborate with external creative agencies to design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and multimedia content.
• Write, proofread, and edit marketing copy for online and print campaigns, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Brand Compliance and Standards:
• Work closely with principal companies to ensure marketing communications and activities align with brand vision, guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Data Management and Analysis:
• Maintain and update customer databases to support marketing initiatives and CRM strategies.
• Use customer data and analytics to track campaign effectiveness and improve future marketing efforts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Marketing Manager: 4 years (Required)
• Automotive-related: 1 year (Preferred)
