Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects, from conceptualization to completion.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for new real estate developments.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding in all marketing materials.
Content & Digital Marketing:
Lead the development of high-quality content, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts. Oversee the management and optimization of the company's website, social media accounts, and digital advertising campaigns.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies. Monitor and analyze lead conversion rates and adjust marketing efforts as necessary.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure cohesive project execution.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with clients, investors, and stakeholders to communicate project details and company values. Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and open houses to promote properties and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in a marketing managerial role within the real estate industry.
• 2-3 years of specific experience in real estate development marketing.
• Strong understanding of market research, digital marketing, and brand management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
