Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager for Fitout and Facility Works is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives specifically targeted at the commercial real estate, construction, and facility management sectors. This role will require a deep understanding of the fitout and facility services industry to drive awareness, generate leads, and grow market share for the company. The Marketing Manager will work closely with project managers, sales teams, architects, and contractors to create impactful marketing campaigns, establish the company's brand, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop a tailored marketing strategy to promote the company's fitout and facility management services to potential clients, including commercial property owners, real estate developers, corporations, and government entities.
Position the company as a leader in the fitout and facility works industry through targeted content, case studies, and thought leadership initiatives.
Identify and define key market segments, customer needs, and competitive differentiation.
Campaign Management:
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote the company's capabilities in fitout, construction, and facilities management.
Develop targeted campaigns to increase lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion in key industries (e.g., commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education).
Track and analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics based on results.
Content Development & Management:
Create and manage engaging content that showcases the company's expertise in fitout and facility works, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, project portfolios, and blogs.
Oversee the development of website content, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and aligns with the company's messaging and goals.
Develop video content showcasing successful projects, client testimonials, and company capabilities.
Branding & Positioning:
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity in the fitout and facilities sector, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and digital channels.
Position the company as a trusted partner for large-scale fitout projects, facility management, and post-construction services.
Create marketing collateral that reflects the technical expertise, reliability, and quality of service the company offers.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools such as presentations, proposals, and case studies that support client acquisition efforts.
Use digital marketing techniques (SEO, PPC, email marketing) to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Develop and manage a lead scoring and nurturing process to maximize conversion rates.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
Oversee the company's online presence, ensuring effective use of digital platforms (social media, website, LinkedIn, etc.) to promote services, build brand credibility, and engage with target audiences.
Implement and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and generate inbound leads.
Monitor digital marketing performance and adapt strategies based on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, lead conversion rates).
Client and Industry Relationship Management:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, promote the company's services, and stay current on industry trends.
Leverage customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve marketing approaches and ensure customer satisfaction.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across various campaigns, tools, and initiatives.
Evaluate and report on ROI for marketing activities, making data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with project management, design, and operations teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect the company's capabilities and recent projects.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, strategies, and customer outreach efforts.
Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., digital marketing agencies, graphic designers) to execute marketing tactics.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the fitout, construction, and facility management industries.
Monitor competitor activities and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Experience:
